John, now you are being childish. If a brilliant physicist has not had an original idea by the time they are 30, they never will, because by that time, they can no longer think outside of the box. We are that same way with our upbringing. There is every likelihood that you are Christian, because your parents were Christian, and so was everyone around you, and the country that you live in is largely christian. That is not true in every case, there are always exceptions, but, in the main, it is true. Sociologists look at a person's economic situation and, with great accuracy, predict most of that person's life, down to their attitude towards siblings. In England, it is even more pronounced in that that person's life, the car they drive and where they live can be discerned purely by their accent. All of this being true, the person does bring a small bit of individuality along, that allows some people to modify their programming, such as musical talent or athletic ability, or some other talent that sets them apart from their peers. That, however, is rare.

I've got a scar on my face from when I fell out of the top bunk and hit my head on my roomate's desk. It was about 100 degrees, I was hung over as all hell and we'd been going at it for hours no food or water. At the moment of truth I got real light-headed and reached down to steady myself on the edge of the mattress but my hand slipped right off (sweat and plastic mattresses! and I went atumblin into space.
